Shipping
We are currently only shipping to addresses within Ireland. If you require international shipping please contact us to arrange a quote for you. All of our orders are shipped with either DPD or An Post. You will receive full tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.
Currently all stocked items will ship within 3-4 days of receipt of order. If an item is unavailable or out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible regarding an updated delivery date or an alternative product.
Please note that the shipping fee is €6.50 for all orders regardless of weight ot size. There is free shipping on all orders of €150.00 or more.
Returns Policy
If for any reason there is an error with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery.
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order if the items is new, unopened, unused and in a resaleable condition. The customer will cover any costs incurred in returning an item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker than this. This time period includes time in transit for us to receie your returned package, the time it takes to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. If you have not received your refund after 14 working days please contact us at sales@kingsagriparts.ie.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return prior to sending it. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
